The Husker Nation...

Every Nebraska fan should be as fortunate as I was to be at Friday's Front Row sports bar in Orlando, Florida on game day. On Saturday I was not happy to be working out-of-town with a home game on the schedule, but I was in good spirits when I found about 150 Husker fans (in stadium attire, no less) watching 25 TVs tuned-in to the NU-KU game. Friday's Front Row is the gathering place for the Central Florida Huskers Alumni Chapter who made me feel at home as they cheered NU to its sixth win of the season (the magic number for NCAA bowl-bound teams). If it weren't for the Florida palm trees and the 80-degree temperature, I would have thought I was at a local sports bar. The Husker Nation is large. Central Florida Huskers rock!
